1. General
1.1 When eligible, the city applies for any and all grants that are consistent with the mission to make Salt Lake City the best place to live, work, play, visit, and do business.
1.2 Responsible fiscal management is practiced to identify matching funds when specified by a public or private funding agency.
1.3 Inter-department and inter-division collaboration and coordination are encouraged to fully realize the economic benefit of each funding opportunity.
