1. Status of Neighborhood Matching Grant program for Fiscal Year 2003-04, third Quarter. Would the Council like to hold a briefing on the attached report?
Council said they did not require a briefing.
Additional items discussed
2. Departmental Briefings on the Budget Analysis for Fiscal Year 2004-2004. Would the Council like to meet individually or in small groups with each department prior to the formal briefing?
Council Member Saxton said she needed to meet with them prior to the formal briefing. Council Member Jergensen and Council Member Turner asked to be advised of the date and time of the meeting should they want to attend.
