As Salt Lake City does not provide uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage for its vehicles, no special process for filing a claim exists or is needed. However, the following procedure applies to the filing of all claims against the City.
1. All claims shall be filed with the City pursuant to the Notice of Claim requirements as established in UCA 63-30-11 and 13.
2. Claim forms can be acquired from the Division of Risk Management.
