1.     The Council will receive a Legislative Briefing.

2.     The Council will consider adopting a motion to enter into Executive Session, in keeping with Utah Code, to discuss potential litigation.

B.  NEW BUSINESS:

1.  Resolution:  Olympic Services

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the Salt Lake Organizing Committee for the Olympic Winter Games of 2002 (SLOC), the State of Utah, the Utah Olympic Public Safety Command (UOPSC), and the cities and counties listed as Venue Communities.
