necessary funds to implement, for fiscal year 2000-2001, the provisions of the
Memorandum of Understanding between Salt Lake City Corporation and Local 1004 of
the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME)
representing the "100 Series" City employees, or an ordinance implementing a
compensation plan.
