ADMINISTRATIVE CONSIDERATION OF
PLAT AMENDMENTS, MINOR SUBDIVISIONS
AND CONDOMINIUM CONVERSIONS

Doug Wheelwright was the hearing officer for all of the items.
Present from the Planning Staff were Doug Wheelwright, Greg Mikolash and Jackie Gasparik.
1. Pioneer Square Industrial Park Plat C Subdivision, located at approximately 1930 South Fremont Dr. Mr. Price is requesting approval of a two-lot (5.3 acre) industrial subdivision, the property is zoned M-1.
The petitioner was not present for the hearing. No one was present from the public.
Jackie Gasparik presented the staff report outlining the major issues of the case and went through the departmental comments of which is filed with the minutes.
There were no objections. The item was approved.
2. Elizabeth House Condominium Conversion, located at 175 North Canyon Road. Heritage Avenue L.L.C. is proposing to convert a 2 1/2 story, 24-unit apartment structure into condominiums. No new construction is planned; only renovation of existing 1 bedroom/1bath units. The property is zoned RMF-45.
J.J. Larson, petitioner, and Martin Hanck, owner, were present for the hearing. Derk Koldewyn and Jeff Yeager were present from the public.

3. Premier Condominium Conversion; Mark Finlinson is requesting the proposed conversion to condominium ownership of two separate structures located at 19 South 800 East (5 unit apartment) & 23 South 800 East (24 unit, Premier Apartments). The property is zoned RMF-35.

4. Laurel Hurst Minor Subdivision, located at 2010, 2012 $ 2016 South 2500 East. Mr. Halliday is requesting approval of a two-lot residential (.38) residential subdivision; the property is zoned R-1-7,000.
