1. General
1.1 Salt Lake City allows its employees to contribute to authorized organizations and charities through payroll deductions.
1.2 At least 50 employees must request a payroll deduction before it will be implemented. Deductions implemented before the effective date of this policy may continue with fewer than 50 participants.
