City Council Announcements
November 18, 2008
A. Information Needed by Council Staff
Ms. Gust-Jenson said we have an opportunity for small group meetings or individual meetings for the transparency process. She said all Council Members were invited to participate jointly with the Administration in a press announcement. She said the Administration wanted to be sure the Council was comfortable with and had all the background on that. She said staff would meet with each Council Member to see if they wanted to meet ahead of time about that.
Ms. Gust-Jenson said for Council Members who were unable to attend anything today about the preservation plan, the Administration would be happy to provide an update in a small group setting. She said a power-point presentation was available. She said staff could set that up for Council Members who were interested. Councilmember Love asked if the presentation could be made to the entire Council during one of the December meetings. Ms. Gust-Jenson said yes.
Ms. Gust-Jenson said the next meetings were December 2 and 9, 2008 and January 6, 2009. She said they were looking at Monday, January 5, 2009 for the Legislative breakfast.
